Shillong, July 01, 2004: Applications in plain paper, are invited from male and female candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and other minority communities, who have qualified at the Civil Services Preliminary (Qualifying) Examination, 2004, for coaching for the UPSC Civil Services Main (Written) Examination, 2004.

The applications should be addressed to the Director All India Services Pre-Examination Training Centre (AISPTC), Additional Secretariat building (MATI premises), Shillong, giving full particulars and should reach the Centre within 14 days from the date of publication of the results by the UPSC.

Shillong, July 01, 2004: The District Consumer Protection Council for South Garo Hills was constituted in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 with the Deputy Commissioner, Mr. T Dkhar as Chairman. The official members include Mr. R S Sangma, CEO, Baghmara Municipal Board, Mr. M K Marak, Project Director, DRDA and Mr. K Shabong, Inspector Weights and Measures. While the non-official members include Mrs. Nikita N Sangma, Mrs. Florence T Sangma and Mr. Donberd M Sangma, Principal Capt. Williamson Memorial College.
